Microsoft Corporation was founded in 1975 in the United States, and the Polish branch has existed since 1992. During its 15-year existence in our country, Microsoft has been engaged in numerous public programmes; since 2003, various extra governmental organizations have been awarded with a total of 6 grants to realize educational projects within the Unlimited Potential programme, and the year 2005 witnessed the inauguration of the Microsoft Educational Forum initiative, which agglomerates all the social and educational programmes and projects realized by Microsoft in Poland.
